Murano GPS Antenna Failure

My 2015 Nissan Murano diesel with 71217 km is showing a navigation system error stored in memory. There's no GPS reception. Could the GPS antenna be defective? What might cause this?

I drive a Murano and had a similar issue. The GPS antenna receives signals from satellites for your navigation. When it fails, you lose reception. It could be a faulty antenna, damaged cable, or a problem with the GPS module itself. Have you checked the antenna connection?

In my vehicle, the GPS module is under the dashboard, near the head unit. Accessing it can be tricky, and you might cause more problems if you're not careful. I'd suggest a trusted workshop. I had a similar problem, and the repair cost me around 200€.
