Yeah, the engine performance is definitely not as smooth as it used to be. Noises are pretty standard though. What was your issue exactly?

Sounds like the same thing. Eventually, it completely failed on me and left me stranded. I would suggest taking it to a workshop to be sure. Seems it is a defective belt tensioner.

Yep, you were spot on. Took it in, and it was indeed the belt tensioner. Cost me 455€ to repair. Thanks for the heads up!
