Mustang Control Unit Issue

My 2007 Ford Mustang with a gasoline engine is acting up. It's got 238307 km on it. The error light is on, some weird electrical stuff is happening, and the sat nav is dead. Diagnostics says it's a control unit programming issue. Has anyone else seen this?

I had something similar happen in my Mustang. Was the car acting crazy? Like lights flickering or the radio cutting out?

Yeah, kinda like that! You think it's the same control unit thing? Did you get it fixed?

Yep, that's exactly what it was. Honestly, just take it to a decent workshop. They'll sort it out way faster than you or I could. Cost me around 240€, fair price I think.
