Mustang Mach-E Air Suspension Failure

I've got a problem with my 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E, the electric model. I'm having an issue with the air suspension at 115986 km. The car won't lift anymore, and it's leaning. I'm getting an error message and the ride is incredibly bumpy. The error memory also has a fault stored. Any ideas?

Sounds familiar. I had a similar ride height issue with my Mustang Mach-E. Was the problem perhaps related to the suspension air bag valve? Symptoms sound similar to what I experienced. Does it feel like the pneumatic suspension is completely shot?

Yeah, that sounds like what's going on. How did you confirm it was the bellows valve specifically?

Given the symptoms, the error codes, and similar experiences I researched, a defective suspension air bag valve seemed the most likely culprit. In my case, it became obvious after a thorough inspection at the workshop. I'd recommend getting it checked out; a faulty valve would definitely explain the leaning and the inability to lift. Prepare for some costs though.

Thanks for the help! I took it to the workshop, and you were right - the suspension air bag valve was defective. Repair came out to 590€. Everything is working fine again.
