Mustang MachE passenger seat error

I've got a 2020 Ford Mustang Mach-E with the electric engine and about 221474 km on the clock. I'm experiencing a weird issue with the passenger seat. The error memory stores an error, and seat adjustment is not possible at all. I suspect a heavily discharged or defective battery might be the culprit. Anyone seen this before?

Strange, I had a similar issue with my Mustang. I think it was a bad seat motor. Did you check the fuses for the power seats? That's the first thing I'd check.

Yeah, mine stopped completely. I don't remember the exact fuse number, sorry. But I'd recommend getting it checked by a workshop to be sure, probably cheaper than guessing and replacing parts randomly.

Thanks for the advice! It turned out to be a discharged battery as suspected, the workshop confirmed. The repair cost 290€. Appreciate the help!
