N400 AC and Temperature Sensor Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2023 Chevrolet N400 is experiencing issues with the AC not functioning and an error message appearing on the speedometer. A scan indicates a potential problem with the temperature sensor on the heat exchanger, but there is suspicion that the AC control unit might be defective. A similar past experience suggests that replacing the AC control unit resolved the issue, and it is recommended to have a mechanic inspect and possibly replace the unit.
Did this summary help you solve your problem?

Interesting! With the Megane, was it also throwing temperature sensor errors? And did you also lose the error message in the speedometer at the same time as the AC?

Yep, exactly the same symptoms. The error code was something about the temperature sensor being out of range. Ultimately, the workshop said it was a faulty AC control unit and replaced it. I think you should take your car to a mechanic, they should solve the issue.

Thanks a bunch for sharing your experience! Sounds like I'm probably heading down the same road. I'll take it to a workshop and get the AC control unit checked out. I really appreciate the help!

Whoa, that sounds frustrating! I had a similar AC shutdown issue with my old Renault Megane a few years back. Did you notice any weird engine cooling behavior before the AC went kaput?
