N400 AC undervoltage issue

Experiencing an issue with my 2017 Chevrolet N400 gasoline. At 115798 km, the A/C system seems dead. It doesn't switch on, so no cooling. A diagnostic shows an error stored, suspect undervoltage, but haven't checked the AC relay. Anyone else had a similar problem with their N400?
