Summary of the thread
A 2022 Chevrolet N400 is experiencing issues with its auxiliary heater not activating, and an error memory indicates a fault. The suspected cause is a defective glow plug. Coolant leak, huh? I haven't noticed anything obvious, but I'll definitely give it a look. Was your Astra showing the same symptoms – parking heater refusing to activate?

Yep, exactly the same. Parking heater was dead. Turns out a faulty temperature sensor was throwing everything off. Best bet is to get it properly diagnosed at a workshop.

Appreciate the insight! I was hoping to avoid the workshop, but it seems inevitable. Will post a resolution once I get it sorted. Looks like it will cost me around 440€.

Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my old Opel Astra, though it was the heat control acting up. Have you checked for any coolant leaks? That can mess with the whole ventilation system.
