Summary of the thread
A 2021 Chevrolet N400 is experiencing issues with its headlight range control, causing erratic beam positioning and warning lights. Possible causes include loose electrical connectors or a defective servomotor within the headlight unit. I fiddled with the headlight switch, but nothing changed. Where exactly are those electrical connectors located, and what am I looking for? Burnt wires? Corrosion? I need details, I'm practically blind at night!

The connectors are usually right there at the back of the headlight assembly. Look for anything obvious, like loose connections or corrosion. But honestly, with auto-leveling, it could also be a defective servomotor inside the headlight unit itself. Those things are ridiculously sensitive. If you've checked the basics, it might be workshop time.

Workshop it is. My guy suspects a dud servomotor, like you said, and quoted me 1040€ for the repair! Thanks for the confirmation; I was hoping it was just a loose wire, but it seems like these headlights are more complicated than a space shuttle.

That sounds frustrating! I had a similar issue with my old Volvo V70 – the auto-leveling went haywire. Made driving at night a total nightmare. Did you check the headlight switch or the electrical connectors? Could be something simple.
