N400 Headlight Range Control Issue

I'm pulling my hair out. I've got a 2021 Chevrolet N400, gasoline engine, and the headlight range control is completely bonkers. Error's stored, warning light's blazing, and the low beams are either pointed at the sky or digging a trench. It's like driving with a strobe light on a trampoline! Is anyone else experiencing this?

That sounds frustrating! I had a similar issue with my old Volvo V70 – the auto-leveling went haywire. Made driving at night a total nightmare. Did you check the headlight switch or the electrical connectors? Could be something simple.

The connectors are usually right there at the back of the headlight assembly. Look for anything obvious, like loose connections or corrosion. But honestly, with auto-leveling, it could also be a defective servomotor inside the headlight unit itself. Those things are ridiculously sensitive. If you've checked the basics, it might be workshop time.

Workshop it is. My guy suspects a dud servomotor, like you said, and quoted me 1040€ for the repair! Thanks for the confirmation; I was hoping it was just a loose wire, but it seems like these headlights are more complicated than a space shuttle.
