N400 Keyless Entry Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2022 Chevrolet N400 owner is experiencing issues with the keyless entry system, including problems with unlocking/locking and starting the engine without the key in the ignition. A possible cause suggested is a faulty bumper antenna, which is responsible for receiving the keyless entry signal. It is recommended to inspect the antenna mount for damage or loose connections and consider professional repair if needed.

Antenna, huh? I hadn't considered that. Where exactly is the antenna located, and is it easy to check the connections myself?

Yes, it's quite possible that the cable or plug connection of the component is defective, and the error is related to the bumper antenna. The antenna is integrated into the bumper. While you could inspect it yourself, I'd recommend taking it to a workshop. It cost me 95€ to repair.

Thanks for the info! Sounds like I'll be checking the antenna mount. Then it's off to the shop. Appreciate the help!

I had something similar happen with my N400. Does it seem like the bumper antenna is acting up? That's where the keyless entry system gets its signal from. If it's faulty, that could explain the symptoms you're describing. Have you checked the antenna mount for any damage or loose connections?
