Navara Electrical Issues
Summary of the thread
A 2016 Nissan Navara with 179,000 km is experiencing sporadic electrical issues, including random error lights and system freezes. The problem may be related to a CAN bus issue, potentially caused by a loose or defective cable connection to the control unit. The suggested solution is to have a mechanic check and repair the cable connection, which resolved similar symptoms for another owner.

Yeah, I did scan it and there was an error stored, but it was kind of generic. Do you remember exactly what the issue was with yours?

Considering you already scanned the system and know that the error memory has been triggered, it is my opinion that you bring the car to a trusted mechanic. They will probably check the cable connection of the control unit, which in this case sounds like the most probable source of the errors. At least that's what fixed similar symptoms in my case. It ended up costing me around 150€.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to the shop, and you were spot on – turned out to be a defective cable connection to the control unit. The error was pointing to the BUS system. Repair came out to 155€. Appreciate the help!

I had something similar happen in my Navara. Random failures, lights, the whole shebang. Did you check for stored error codes using an OBD-II scanner? It sounds like a CAN bus issue, potentially a loose connection somewhere. If you're seeing a "Service required" or a malfunction indicator, that could be pointing to something along those lines.
