Navara transmission control unit defective

I had similar gearbox issues with my Navara. Slow response from the paddle shifters and the shifts felt really unclean. Does it feel like it's hunting for the right gear sometimes? I also had an error stored.

Sounds like it's the same problem. Sadly, my mechanic told me it's a known issue. The transmission control unit is likely defective. They recommended replacement at a cost of around 1000€. Definitely get it checked by a trusted shop.
