NBox gearbox slipping

I'm having some serious issues with my 2011 Honda NBox (gasoline engine). It has 127439 km on the clock, and lately the gearbox feels like it's fighting me. Shifts are unclean, almost like it's slipping. I'm thinking it might be transfer case oil wear, but I'm not seeing any obvious leakage. Has anyone else experienced this?
