Nemo Tire Pressure Sensor Fault
Summary of the thread
A 2007 Citroen Nemo owner experienced a persistent 'Tire pressure too low' warning despite stable tire pressure readings. The issue was suspected to be related to the tire pressure monitoring system, possibly due to a faulty sensor battery. After consulting with another individual who had a similar problem, it was suggested that the sensor battery might be dead, especially given the vehicle's high mileage. The owner confirmed the diagnosis at a garage, where the faulty sensor was replaced, resolving the issue.

Thanks for the reply! Yeah, the mileage is up there - 135406 km. I've checked the tire pressure multiple times, and it seems stable. So, you think it's likely the sensor battery? Is it an easy fix or does the whole sensor need replacing?

Yep, sounds like the sensor battery. It's a common issue. I'd recommend getting it checked at a workshop. They can confirm the faulty sensor and replace it. It's usually a pretty straightforward job for them.

I appreciate the advice. Took it to a garage and you were spot on. It was the tire pressure sensor; the battery was dead. Cost me 280€ to get it sorted, but at least the error message is gone now!

I had a similar issue on my Nemo. If your mileage is high it could be a sensor fault due to a dead battery. Are you sure the tires aren't losing pressure, or is it a consistent error?
