Nissan Crew Oil Level Sensor Fault

I have a Crew and had something similar. Is the error consistent, or does it come and go? Have you checked the cable and plug connection of the sensor itself? A defective connection is the most common cause.

My issue was the plug connection near the oil pan. Access is tight. Check for corrosion or loose wires there. Given the intermittent nature and mileage, I'd suggest a workshop diagnostic and inspection if you're not comfortable working there.
