Thanks for the tip! Which specific cables and plugs should I be looking at? Are there any that are more likely to cause this specific 'incorrect fuel composition' error?

I wish I could tell you which one exactly, but I don't remember. The garage found it. I suggest you take it to a workshop; the error memory should give the mechanics enough information to narrow it down.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to a mechanic, and you were spot on – it was a corroded connector on one of the fuel sensors. They cleaned it up and replaced a short section of the wire. Cost me 95€, but the car runs perfectly now! No more check engine light or stalling. Appreciate the help!

I had a similar issue with my Kix. Check the cable and plug connections to the fuel system components. A defective connection can cause those symptoms.
