Nissan NV Air Suspension Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2014 Nissan NV with a gasoline engine experienced air suspension failure, characterized by an inability to lift, noticeable leaning, error messages, and a bumpy ride. The issue was identified as a faulty suspension air bag valve. Replacing the valve at a workshop resolved the problem, restoring smooth ride quality.

Yes, it happened abruptly. Irregular surfaces are jarring, and it leans markedly after being stationary. Does this suggest a specific component failure, like a leak?

Considering those symptoms, the bellows valve on your air suspension may be defective. I saw identical issues, and replacing the airbags valve fixed it. Given the complexity, a competent workshop is wisest, because diagnosis could take time.

A faulty suspension air bag valve was the culprit. Following your recommendation, a workshop confirmed and replaced it. The ride is smooth now. The total cost was 590€.

I own a NV, and your description sounds familiar. Do you have difficulty driving over uneven surfaces, or sagging on one side after parking? Did this happen suddenly?
