Unfortunately, I don't recall the exact connection. However, in my case the mechanic found out that it was indeed a defective cable connection. I suggest getting yours checked out by a professional at a workshop. Good luck!

Took your advice and went to a workshop. Turns out, it was indeed a defective cable connection! Repair cost me 165€ Thanks a million for pointing me in the right direction!

I had a similar issue with my Rogue. Check the cable connections to the pump and relay. They can get corroded or come loose. That's where I would start.
