Nissan Sunny windshield wipers not working

Windshield wipers on my 2009 Nissan Sunny gasoline aren't working and there's an error code. Could it be a bad cable or plug? Anyone seen this?

Interesting. I had a similar issue with my 2014 Opel Astra. The wipers wouldn't move. Did you check the wiper motor fuse? Is the turn signal working?

Yes, on some cars the turn signal and wipers are on the same stalk switch. With the error code and symptoms, it's likely a bad connection in the switch. I had to replace mine. I'd suggest a workshop.
