Noah Handsfree System Issue

I'm having a frustrating issue with the hands-free system in my 2015 Toyota Noah hybrid. Telephony is no longer possible, and I've got a microphone error stored. I suspect the infotainment system is defective, especially since wireless connection and voice recognition features seem affected. Has anyone experienced something similar? I'm trying to figure out if it's a simple microphone repair or a more involved infotainment system replacement. Mileage is at 171303 km. Any thoughts on audio input or speech recognition problems?

I have a Toyota Noah too, but a bit older. I did have a similar issue with the microphone cutting out during calls and voice commands not working. Very annoying! Was there any specific event that triggered it for you?

My experience mirrors yours. After struggling, I took it to a workshop and they confirmed the infotainment system was at fault. So, I strongly suggest you take your car to a professional.

Okay, thanks for confirming. I suspected it might be more than just the microphone. I was quoted 815€ for a replacement, which is annoying, but it seems like the only solution. I'll take it to the workshop.
