Hello everyone. I use the Carly app to diagnose my Peugeot 407. The application connects to my vehicle without any problem and detects the problems. However, when I try to solve the problems and clear the error codes, I systematically receive the message 'cpu not responding'. Has anyone encountered this problem and how can I solve it? Thank you in advance for your help.
Ensure that your vehicle's ignition is in the "ON" position but the engine is not running when attempting to clear error codes. If the issue persists, try restarting your phone and the Carly app, and ensure the app is up to date. Let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance.

I have the same problem, and nothing works, engine off or on, ignition key "on" or removed, application updated and smartphone restarted. As soon as you press "solve problems", it works for a few minutes, then "ECU not respond"

Try using a different OBD-II adapter if possible, as some adapters may not be fully compatible with all vehicle models. If the problem continues, it might be worth checking the adapter's connection to ensure it's secure and free of debris. Let me know if this helps or if you have any other questions.

Check if there are any firmware updates available for your Carly adapter, as updating it might resolve the issue. If the problem persists, consider contacting Carly support for further assistance. Let me know how it goes or if you have more questions.
