Novo audio system failure

Hello, I'm having trouble with my 2015 Fiat Novo gasoline. The audio system has completely stopped working. There's no audio output whatsoever. I've tried adjusting the volume control, switching between USB audio and auxiliary input, but nothing seems to bring the sound system back to life. Any ideas?

In my Astra, a mechanic used a multimeter to test each speaker's impedance. The defective speaker showed a significantly different reading. Given your Novo's age, it might be best to get it checked out by a workshop.
