Novo massage seat switch failure

Hey, I'm having trouble with my 2011 Fiat Novo (gasoline engine). The massage seat switch just stopped working. The massage function won't switch on at all. I scanned it and there's an error stored, but I can't figure it out. Any ideas?

I also drive a Novo. I remember a similar issue ages ago. Have you checked the cable and plug connections under the seat? It might be a defective connection.

Thanks! Where exactly should I look for the cable and plug? Are they easy to access, or do I have to remove the entire seat?

Yeah, that was my problem. I initially thought it would be the seat motor itself, or maybe something related to the car upholstery. I wouldn't start ripping out the seat. I just went to the workshop. From what I remember, they mentioned it was just a loose connection that they fixed in a minute. Cost me 95€.
