NX immobilizer problem

Hey, I'm having immobilizer issues with my 2021 Lexus NX hybrid. It has about 204,137 kilometers on it. The engine won't start consistently, sometimes starts briefly then stops. There's an error stored, but I can't figure it out. Could it be key programming?

Yep, exact same thing. It started occasionally, then became constant. I tried a few things, but honestly, I think this is one of those times when you just have to bite the bullet and take it to a workshop. Could be a headache trying to fix it yourself.
