Thanks for the info. Where exactly is the HVAC sensor located in the Odyssey? And how difficult is it to check the connections myself?

I am not familiar with the Honda, but with my Opel, it was easier to have it checked by a professional. Given the symptoms, it's likely a sensor or connection issue. A workshop will be able to diagnose it properly.

Okay, thanks for the advice. I took it to a workshop, and it turned out to be a defective plug connection on the interior temperature sensor, just as suspected. Repair cost was 95€. Everything's working fine now.

I had a similar problem with my 2017 Opel Insignia. The HVAC sensor was faulty, causing climate regulation issues. Have you checked the sensor connections? Could be a loose plug.
