Odyssey GPS antenna issue

Hi, I've got a 2010 Honda Odyssey with a gasoline engine and about 100,000 km on it. Recently the navigation system's GPS stopped working. The error memory shows an error related to the GPS antenna and there's just no GPS signal. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Could a defective GPS antenna really be the cause?

I had something comparable with my old Opel. I had a defective GPS module. Does it also say that the GPS antenna is defective, or just that something is wrong with the GPS signal?

It specifically mentions the GPS antenna in the error message. I was just hoping it might be something else, like a loose connection somewhere. Is the GPS module separate from the antenna, or are they usually integrated?

In my case, antenna and module were a single unit. Since the error message mentions the antenna, it seems like that's the problem. I would take it to a professional. They will be able to measure the antenna and tell you more.

Thanks for the input! I took it to a workshop. The GPS antenna was indeed defective and had to be replaced. Cost me 200€. All working now!
