Mine was completely unresponsive too. I'd suggest getting it checked out by a professional, as the blind assembly can be tricky to dismantle without causing further damage.

I had a similar problem on my Odyssey. Is it making any noise at all when you try to operate it? Mine would click a little, then nothing.
