Hey, no problem, always happy to help! So, the repair for the defective cable connection of the oil level sensor cost me €165. A pretty fair price, if you ask me. And since then, the faulty signal from the oil level sensor has gone really well - I haven't had to have anything else done. So far everything is working perfectly, no other messages or anything. Hope that helps you!

Hey, thanks for the detailed information! That reassures me a little. 165 also seems fair to me for a repair of this kind. I'm glad to hear that you haven't had any further problems since then. I hope everything will go smoothly with my Master too. I'll let my mechanic know tomorrow and hope we can resolve the issue quickly. Thanks again for your help, you've really helped me out! Have a nice evening!

Hey, I have a Renault Scenic Diesel, year 2021, and had a similar problem with the oil level sensor. In my case, the cable connection was defective. First they read out the fault memory and checked the sensor. The sensor itself was OK, but it turned out that the cable to the sensor had a loose connection. This was then replaced and the warning lights and oil light have been off ever since. So it wasn't a really big job. Hope that helps you!
