Optra Engine Issues
Summary of the thread
A 2019 Chevrolet Optra with a gasoline engine is experiencing starting issues, occasional shutdowns while driving, and rough running. The initial suspicion was an ignition switch problem. However, after a suggestion to check the fuses, it was discovered that a faulty fuse related to the ignition coil was the cause. Replacing the fuse resolved the issue.

Fuses, eh? Didn't cross my mind, I'll check those. Which fuse was it on your Megane? Anything specific I should look for?

Can't recall the exact fuse number, unfortunately. But it was related to the ignition coil. If the fuses are fine, might be worth getting it checked at a workshop. Could save you some headaches.

Cheers! It was indeed the fuse, 52€ and I'm rolling again!

Sounds familiar! Had similar symptoms on my old Renault Megane. Did you check the fuses? Could be a simple fix. Any dashboard lights acting weird?
