Otti System Readiness Incomplete

I had a similar issue with my 2012 Skoda Octavia after an OBD2 diagnostic. The car wouldn't pass the emissions test because some of the readiness monitors weren't set. It's frustrating! Did the error code specify anything beyond 'system readiness incomplete'?

It involves driving at various speeds and conditions to allow the car's computer to re-evaluate everything. Some garages can force a reset.
