Palio fuel level sensor fault

I have a 2011 Fiat Palio with a gasoline engine. Mileage is at 108355 km. The check engine light is on, and the engine sometimes stalls at idle. I pulled the error codes and it points to a fuel level sensor fault. I've checked for a defective fuse, but I cannot find any fuse related to the fuel gauge. Any ideas?

Summary of the thread

A 2011 Fiat Palio experienced a check engine light and occasional stalling at idle, with error codes indicating a fuel level sensor fault. The fuel gauge was erratic, sometimes showing incorrect fuel levels. The suggested solution was to have the sensor checked and potentially replaced at a workshop. After replacing the sensor, the issue was resolved.

Did this summary help you solve your problem?

I had something similar happen in my Palio! The fuel gauge was all over the place. Is your fuel gauge acting erratically on the car dashboard?

Yeah, the fuel gauge reading is jumpy. Sometimes it reads full when it's not, or empty when I know I have fuel. Did yours stall too?

Exactly! It was driving me nuts. Stalling happened too, especially when idling. I'd suggest getting it checked at a workshop; they'll probably replace the sensor inside the fuel tank.

Thanks! Workshop confirmed it was the fuel level sensor. Repair cost 52€. All good now!
