Thanks for the quick reply! Intermittent at first, but now it's constant. Where exactly is the siren located? I assume it's not too hard to get to?

Yep, constant error means it's probably not just a random glitch. I eventually traced it to the siren wiring harness being corroded. Honestly, I got frustrated and took it to a workshop. Saved myself a headache, but maybe you are braver than me!

Appreciate the insight. Seems like a faulty cable is the culprit, according to the mechanic, they have seen it before. Quoted 95€ for the repair. Guess I'll bite the bullet this time!

Sounds familiar! I had a similar issue on my Palio. Was getting a ghost alarm signal randomly. Did you check the siren's wiring and plug connections? That's where I'd start. Is your error always on, or just intermittent?
