Afternoon. My 2021 Hyundai Palisade diesel, with 115789 km, is throwing up a weird one. The parking heater refuses to fire up, and I'm seeing an error logged. I'm leaning towards a defective glow plug. Has anyone else tackled auxiliary heater issues in their Palisade? Any pointers before I start tearing things apart?

Thanks for the reply. Fuses and relays – good shout, hadn't thought of that. I'll check those first thing. When you say 'continuity of the glow plug circuit,' could you elaborate a bit? What readings am I looking for with the multimeter?

Appreciate the detailed explanation and advice. Fuse was fine, and the glow plug resistance was way off, so you were spot on. Ended up biting the bullet and took it to a shop. As suspected, defective glow plug. Total damage: 440€, parts and labour. Thanks again for the help!
