Palisade Fog Sensor Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2021 Hyundai Palisade with a diesel engine is experiencing a fog sensor issue, affecting multiple systems such as air conditioning, windscreen spray nozzles, and mirror heating. The suspected cause is a defective cable or plug connection to the sensor. A similar issue was resolved by checking the fog sensor, and a workshop visit is recommended for diagnosis and repair.

Yeah, I'm getting a persistent warning light related to the climate control system. Was your issue definitely the fog sensor? Did you notice any problems with the windscreen spray?

The warning light was the same and yes, I'm fairly sure it was the fog sensor. Symptoms were identical and I also had issues with the spray nozzles. To be honest, I'd just get it checked out by a workshop; sounds exactly like what I experienced.

Thanks for the confirmation. I'll book it in. Diagnostic points to a defective cable or plug connection, repair is estimated at 95€. Will report back if it's anything different!

I have a Palisade too and had something similar happen last winter. Air con problems and the mirror heating were the first signs. Is your dashboard throwing up any warnings?
