Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, it's completely dead. No response from any of the buttons. Which fuse specifically should I be checking? Is there a diagram somewhere that shows the steering wheel controls fuse?

Okay, completely dead is definitely worse. Honestly, I'm not sure which specific fuse to check, but your owner's manual should have a fuse diagram. If it's not the fuse, and everything is really dead, it probably needs to go to a workshop for a proper diagnosis.

Took it to the workshop. Turns out it was a defective cable connection inside the steering wheel. Repair cost was 95€ Thanks for your input.

Multifunction steering wheel issues, huh? That sounds like it could be a headache. Is it completely dead, or does it work intermittently? Have you checked the fuses? It might be something simple like that. Electrical gremlins are the worst!
