I've got a 2000 Peugeot Partner, diesel engine, with a strange problem. The alarm system isn't working, and the error memory shows a siren communication fault. The mileage is 43200 km. I've checked the fuses, but no luck. Any ideas?

I had a similar issue on my Partner. From what I remember, the cable or plug connection of the component was faulty. Did you check all the wiring to the siren itself? Is the siren getting power?

It was a while ago, but I recall it being fiddly to get to. Honestly, based on my experience, unless you're very comfortable with auto electrics, it might be best to take it to a workshop. Mine cost 95€ to resolve.
