I haven't load tested the batteries yet, but I will do so. Regarding the high-voltage cables, is there a specific area where cable damage is more likely to occur on this model, or am I simply looking for any visible signs of wear?

While a visual inspection of all high-voltage cables is crucial, pay close attention to areas near connectors and where cables pass through the vehicle body. However, given the potential dangers of high-voltage systems, and the stored error codes, would you agree a professional diagnosis might be the safest route?

Thank you for the advice. I proceeded to a workshop. As suspected, the battery had to be changed due to a heavy discharge. The repair cost was 290€.

A discharged or defective battery can certainly cause those issues in an electric vehicle. Has the 12V or high-voltage battery been load tested recently? Electrical faults can be tricky; have you inspected the high-voltage cables for any obvious damage?
