Partner electric transmission control unit issue

Experiencing issues with my 2015 Peugeot Partner electric (228301 km). Shifting is impossible via the paddles, the gearbox is slipping, shifts are unclean, and there are grinding noises during gear changes. Paddle shifters are slow, and the gearbox has entered emergency mode with an error stored. Suspect a defective transmission control unit?
