Thanks for the tip! When you say "faulty sensor", do you mean the battery sensor specifically, or could it be something else affecting the battery voltage?

In my case, the battery sensor was indeed defective. Given the symptoms, and that you already noticed low voltage, I'd suggest a workshop visit. Get the sensor checked; it's the most likely culprit.

Thanks, I appreciate the confirmation. The workshop diagnosed a bad battery sensor, just like you said. Repair cost was 315€. Replacing it solved the low voltage and other issues.

I had a similar issue with my Partner. Weak starting and flickering lights often point to voltage problems. Has the car battery charge been checked? Low voltage may indicate a faulty sensor impacting battery charge.
