Partner fresh air blower issue

I've got a 2013 Peugeot Partner with a gasoline engine and I'm having trouble with the fresh air blower. It's not working at all and the error memory stores an error related to it. I've checked the fuses and they seem fine. Any ideas what else I could check before taking it to a shop? It's only done 35418 km.

That sounds like a pain. When you say the blower isn't working, do you mean it's completely dead on all speed settings? Sometimes a resistor pack can fail, which usually knocks out some speeds but not all of them. Also, have you tried wiggling the connector on the blower motor itself? Could be a loose connection. The blower motor is what makes the fan spin, it might be defective. If you have a multimeter, you could check if the motor is getting any power when the fan is switched on.

Thanks for the suggestions! Yes, it's completely dead on all speed settings. Where exactly is the blower motor located in the Peugeot Partner? And where would I find this resistor pack you mentioned? I have a multimeter, so I can test for power if I can find the right spots.

Okay, completely dead on all speeds points more towards the motor itself or the wiring leading to it. The blower motor is usually located behind the glove box, in the passenger footwell area. You might have to remove some plastic trim to get to it. The resistor pack is often near the blower motor, in the air duct, as it needs airflow to keep it cool. Since you've got an error code and it's completely dead, it's probably best to get it checked by a workshop. The cost might be around 365€ for the repair.

Thanks for the advice! I think you're right, I'll take it to a workshop and have them diagnose it properly. Sounds like it could be more complicated than I initially thought. I appreciate the help!
