Partner fuel sensor fault

I'm having trouble with my 2009 Peugeot Partner diesel. The check engine light is on, it occasionally stalls at idle, and it's showing a fuel level sensor error. It has 147654 km on it. Could a bad fuse in the fuel sensor circuit cause this?

Interesting. Is the fuel gauge acting up? I had similar issues with my Partner – engine light, stalling. It was a nightmare. Did you check the sensor itself or the wiring?

The fuel gauge seems normal. I haven't checked the sensor or wiring yet. Where's the fuel level sensor located, and what should I look for when I inspect it?

Right, if the gauge is normal, the sensor might be okay. I was pulling my hair out trying to figure mine out! Honestly, without the right tools, it's a pain. I'd take it to a workshop. They'll find the problem faster and save you trouble. It could be a bad connection or something worse.

Thanks for the advice. It was a faulty connection, like you thought. The repair was 52€. I appreciate your help.
