Thank you for your prompt and insightful response. I must confess, my expertise is somewhat limited. Regarding the coolant leak, I have not observed any discernible signs. The coolant level appears to be within the acceptable range. As for the heater core, I am unfamiliar with the procedure for assessing its condition. Could you perhaps elaborate on the method for determining whether a blockage exists within the heater core?

Alright, no worries! Since you don't see any leaks and the coolant level is okay, a blocked heater core is less likely, but still possible. Basically, if the hoses going to the heater core are hot, but the air inside is cold, it's a good indication the core is clogged. Since you suspect the water valve, and there's an error code, it might be best to have a workshop take a look. It's difficult to diagnose electrical issues remotely, and messing with the cooling system can be risky. Could save you some serious headaches!

I extend my sincere gratitude for your invaluable counsel. Your suggestion to seek professional assistance proved to be most prescient. Following a thorough diagnostic assessment, the mechanics confirmed the defective water valve, specifically its electrical connector as I had initially suspected. The repair, including parts and labor, amounted to a reasonable 95€. Warm air now flows freely!

Hey there! Hmmm, a tepid Peugeot Partner... sounds chilly indeed! Low heat and an error code definitely point towards a cooling system issue. You mentioned the water valve – is there any sign of a coolant leak anywhere? Have you checked the coolant level itself? Also, have you considered the possibility of a blockage in the heater core? I had a similar issue on another car once, and a good flush of the cooling system did the trick.
