Partner massage seat not working

Hi, I have a problem with my 2009 Peugeot Partner, gasoline engine, 176914 km on the clock. The massage function in the driver's seat isn't working. The switch does nothing. I scanned it and there's an error stored in the error memory. I checked the fuses, they seem okay. Any ideas?

I had a similar issue with my Partner's massage seat! Does the error code point to a specific component or just a general malfunction? Have you checked the cable and plug connection under the seat? That's often the culprit. I recall someone mentioning the wires can get pinched or disconnected easily.

Thanks for the tip! The error code doesn't specify the exact component, just 'massage seat malfunction'. Where exactly should I look for this cable and plug connection? Is it easily accessible, or do I need to remove the seat?

Okay, 'massage seat malfunction' is not very specific. From what I remember, the connector should be underneath the seat, towards the front. You might need to slide the seat all the way back to get a good look. I’d recommend disconnecting the battery before you start fiddling with the wiring though. Honestly, If you're not comfortable tracing wires, a workshop might be a better option to avoid making things worse. It cost me around 95€ for the repair, if it is just the wiring.

Thanks, that's helpful! I'll have a look for the connector. If I can't find anything obvious, I'll take it to a workshop. I'd rather not mess things up further. I'll report back once it's fixed.
