Partner Windshield Washer Heater Failure
Summary of the thread
The issue with the 2001 Peugeot Partner was a malfunctioning windshield washer heater, indicated by an error code and frozen spray nozzles. Initial checks of the fuse box showed no issues, leading to the suspicion of a defective cable or plug connection. After considering potential causes like clogged nozzles and a faulty washer motor, the problem was ultimately resolved by repairing a faulty connection to the windshield heater.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did try cleaning the nozzles, but no luck. Could a faulty washer motor cause the heater to malfunction as well? Maybe it's not getting enough power if the motor is struggling?

Well, the motor and the heater are separate circuits, but I guess anything's possible. Considering you've checked the fuses and cleaned the nozzles, and you're still getting an error code, it might be best to take it to a workshop. These electrical gremlins can be a real pain.

Yeah, you're probably right. I was hoping to avoid the workshop, but it seems like the best option at this point. I got it sorted. Turns out it was a faulty connection to the windshield heater, like I suspected. Cost me 95€ for the repair. Thanks for the help!

Hmm, that's a tricky one. I had a similar issue with my old Citroen, turned out to be clogged nozzles causing back pressure and tripping some sensor. Have you checked the nozzles themselves for blockage? Maybe try cleaning them with a needle?
