Pathfinder Windshield Wipers Failure
Summary of the thread
The windshield wipers on a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid stopped working, despite the fuses being intact. An error code was present but unreadable. A suggestion was made to check the wiring harness near the steering column for loose or corroded connections, as this was a known issue in similar cases. Ultimately, the problem was resolved at a workshop, where a defective cable or plug connection was identified and repaired.

Thanks! I haven't checked the wiring harness yet. Is it easy to access? I'm decent with tools, but not a mechanic. Was yours throwing an error code too?

Accessing it is a pain; you'll probably have to remove some plastic trim around the steering column. Yes, mine was also throwing an error. Honestly, save yourself the headache and just take it to a workshop. In my case, it was a faulty plug connection that they fixed quickly.

Thanks a lot! I appreciate the advice. I took it to the workshop. They found the cable or plug connection was defective, just like you suggested. Cost me 95€, but at least it's fixed now.

I had a similar problem with my Pathfinder, older model though. Wipers died, but cruise control still worked, so it wasn't a total electrical failure. Check the wiring harness near the steering column. Connections get loose or corroded sometimes.
