Persistent problems with oxygen sensors in VW Beetle TDI

Hello everyone, I have a 2013 VW Beetle TDI with a diesel engine and 94,790 km. Recently, the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) came on, and after scanning it, problems with the oxygen sensors were detected. I installed two new Bosch sensors, one upstream and one downstream near the catalytic converter. After clearing the codes, I drove the car for about 10 minutes, but after turning the engine off and on again, the codes reappeared and the "Check Engine" light came back on. The engine runs strong with no loss of power. I considered that the diesel particulate filter (DPF) might be failing, but no related codes are reported, nor does the corresponding light come on on the dashboard. What do you recommend I do?

Double-check the wiring and connections for the oxygen sensors to ensure they are properly connected and not damaged. Sometimes, a loose or damaged wire can cause the sensors to malfunction. If everything looks good, consider checking for any exhaust leaks before the sensors, as this can also trigger sensor-related codes. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!
