Peugeot 1007 rough running
Summary of the thread
A Peugeot 1007 from 2006 with a gasoline engine was experiencing poor starting, increased fuel consumption, reduced engine power, uneven idling, and occasional stalling. The suspected cause was a defective or clogged injection nozzle. After consulting a workshop, it was confirmed that the injection nozzle was indeed faulty, and after repair, the car's performance returned to normal.

Thanks for the quick response! When you had the problem, did the car also have higher emissions than normal? I'm just wondering if this could also be related.

Indeed, the emissions were also elevated. It is plausible that a faulty injection nozzle could lead to higher emissions. Considering the potential for further complications, I recommend consulting a qualified workshop for a diagnosis and repair.

Thank you for the helpful advice. I took it to a workshop, and indeed, it was a defective injection nozzle. The repair, including parts and labor, cost 515€. Now the car runs perfectly!

I own a Peugeot 1007 as well. The symptoms you describe align with issues I experienced some time ago. It sounds like you may have a misfire. Have you inspected the injection valves? A dirty injection valve is the most common cause.
