Peugeot 1007 starting issue

My 2007 Peugeot 1007 diesel sometimes won't start, occasionally stalls, and runs rough at other times. Odometer reads 15652 km. Could a bad fuse cause this? Anyone seen ignition switch problems?

Sounds familiar. I also drive a 1007. Had something similar not long ago. Any warning lights on? Does the starter sound normal when you turn the key, or weak, or does it not engage?

Thanks for the quick reply. The dashboard light is normal. The starter motor doesn't engage when it won't start. Could this be car electronics?

That's what I experienced. The car electronics are likely the problem. If the starter isn't engaging, and you've checked the battery, it's probably the ignition switch or related wiring. Check the fuses yourself, but a workshop visit is probably best.

Thanks for the confirmation and advice. A faulty fuse was the issue, costing 52€ to replace. I appreciate the help fixing this.
