Peugeot 106 electric seat failure

Passenger electric seat on my 2001 Peugeot 106 (gasoline engine) isn't working. There's an error stored, and the seat adjustment is completely dead. I checked the fuses, but they're fine. Anyone seen this before?

I had a similar problem with my 106. Check the seat wiring harness under the seat; a loose connection can cause those symptoms.

Thanks! Could you be more specific about which part of the wiring harness you mean? I want to check everything properly.

For me, it was the connector block where the seat wiring joins the main car harness. Given the symptoms and error code, I'd suggest a workshop.

Thanks, I appreciate it. Took it to a shop, and they quoted 290€ to repair. They said the battery was heavily discharged or defective, which messed with the car's electronics.
