Hmm, coil pack... where exactly is that located, and what am I looking for when I check the wiring? Is there anything specific that would scream 'bad connection'?

It's usually mounted near the engine block, with wires running to each spark plug. Look for frayed wires, loose connections, or even corrosion. Given your symptoms, especially the stalling and jerking, and if the wiring looks okay, a faulty coil is a strong possibility. Best to get it diagnosed properly at a workshop, though.

Okay, thanks for the advice! I took it to the workshop, and you were right – it was a defective ignition coil and the cable/plug connection was bad. Cost me 95€ to get it sorted. Runs like new now!

Sounds like a coil pack issue. Like a bad lightbulb, sometimes they just go. Are you sure the spark plug connections are solid, and what about the coil pack wiring itself? Any visible damage there?
